Generative Platform Architect

Dylan Kidder

Build what lasts. Fund what heals.

I design delivery systems for generative communities—aligning housing, essential infrastructure, partnerships, and capital strategy.

Onward

Toward a planetary civilization in harmony with all life.

Framework

Generative Platform Design

A practical method for moving a development vision toward delivery. I align project structures, capital planning, stakeholder responsibilities, and delivery sequencing around the mission.

View the Five Pillars Model

Work

Five Pillars Foundation (5PF) focuses on housing and community development, supported by a vertically integrated capital platform that connects Water, Power, Food, Housing, and Healing within one coordinated development model.

Water

Closed-loop potable systems + atmospheric generation (OxygenChain-aligned).

Power

Clean energy microgrids and resilient infrastructure.

Food

Controlled-environment agriculture + local culinary economy.

Housing

Modular housing designed for community development and replication.

Healing

Holistic wellness environments and programming.

Philippines Initiative

4PH Philippines — a planned 500,000-home initiative, currently in Phase One: project structuring, stakeholder alignment, and design of the vertically integrated capital platform.

Seven Generations Foundation (7GF) complements Five Pillars Foundation’s infrastructure work through fundraising, strategic grants, and cultural and ecological stewardship. We are currently structuring a social impact fund to align resources and strategic partnerships around community-led initiatives designed to address interconnected challenges and accelerate lasting, systemic impact. Our focus is to strengthen the local leadership, living traditions, and ecological practices that help communities thrive across generations.
